Our daughter got married last May and her dress was very intricate with lace. Toni altered the dress perfectly! My dress was very detailed and the jacket needed special attention. Needless to say Toni did a great job altering both dresses. This May our oldest is getting married. We were so pleased with the results from our last experience that we have decided to use her again for all of our alterations. She really is the best in town!

When the strap adjustment did not adequately address the bodice issue I had with my wedding dress, Toni attached a petersham to handle the weight of my heavy dress and prevent it from slipping. It worked perfectly and I was able to enjoy my day all the way through the reception without once having to tug my dress up! Her thorough bustling system also worked to perfection. Toni's excellent seamstress skills are enhanced by the clean and organized shop setting, and the ease of getting appointment times that fit my schedule eliminated any "alteration stress." Toni's interest in my dress made me feel like I was her only bride. You will never regret trusting Toni to care for your bridal alteration needs!

Alterations by Toni did the most amazing job altering my wedding dress. They made it fit my frame perfectly and I was comfortable the entire day and night ... I didnt want to take the dress off! I, as so many other brides, can not recommend them enough!

After reading wonderful reviews about Toni I decided that she would be the place I took my dress. I needed a lot done to it to get it exactly how I wanted it and she did everything perfectly. She added a corset to my dress and it looked seamless. Even my husband had no idea my dress came with a zipper. He LOVED my dress and that was all I could ask for. I bought my dress from Bridal and Formal in Ohio, however I live in New York. Toni has been gracious to work around my alteration visits based off my trips back to Ohio. Bridal and Formal had made a big mistake when ordering my dress, and then left Toni and I to deal with their mistake. Toni has been more than amazing in helping me get thru this unfortunate stress. I have never been so pleased with such great service. Toni is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

When my wedding dress did not arrive on time, I became a bit of a nervous bride. I called Toni to make an appointment and let her know that the timing would be a little tight. She was incredibly professional and put me at ease, letting me know there would not be a problem. I knew at once that I was in good hands. When my dress came in (one month before my wedding day!), Toni scheduled me for two fittings in a very short amount of time. She made my dress look perfect, which was no easy task with pleatings, corset, and bustle. Her work was high quality, and the dress fit so comfortably by the final fitting. On my wedding day, I could hardly wait to get in it! Toni was one of my favorite finds during my wedding season, and I look forward to doing business with her again - though I will try to leave her more time to spare in the future.

I purchased my very fitted, mermaid style wedding gown probably a size larger than what it should have been, so I was very nervous about having to have a lot of work done to it, but Toni made me feel completely at ease. She hemmed it by 10", took in all the sides (all the way up and down the length of the dress), and added bra cups and a multi-point bustle. Now the dress fits like it was made for me (which is so critical with this style)! She even came up with a beautiful ballgown bustle that I didn't think would be possible given the pleats and the train on the dress. Throughout the entire process, Toni was an absolute pleasure to work with. She required very little of my time, knew exactly what she was doing, and she was very flexible and prompt with appointment times. She also had everything done well ahead of schedule, which is always nice for an over-prepared, anxious bride-to-be! I'm so glad a friend recommended her to me, so I thought I'd recommend her on to everyone else out there! :)

Toni did perfect work on my wedding gown! It had many layers and a unique organza texture all over its body, and she worked with it extremely well. She let out the hips, hemmed it, added a bustle, bra cups, and a petersham ribbon to allow me to feel like my strapless dress wasn't falling down. My wedding is next week and I'm 100% confident that my dress fits perfectly and it is going to be great! Toni was a pleasure to work with in every way! I would recommend her to anyone Thank you!!

I made aprons for my grandson and daughter. I asked Toni to embroider their names on the aprons, and she did an outstanding job. Toni has done many embroidery jobs for me over the years and I am always so pleased with her work - done to perfection and always in a timely manner.

Toni and her team did an outstanding job altering my very detailed wedding dress. I was extremely pleased with their work! It was as if the dress was made just for me :-) They also altered my mom's dress and my sister's bridesmaid dress. Everything was perfect and my dreams were fulfilled. I found Alterations by Toni online, and did not know what to expect. My wedding dress was WAY too tight, and my wedding was only about 2 months away. After she looked at it, Toni told me she'd have to remove the entire back of my dress (it zipped) and add a corset. I was not thrilled with the idea, I was nervous that it would be a noticeable change. But, when I went to try on my dress a month later, it fit perfectly! I could not have been happier. Toni also added in cups to the dress so I wouldn't have to deal with a bra, and a bustle. The bustle broke on the night of the wedding, but It was a very heavy dress. Other than the bustle breaking, I have no negative comments. The work was beautiful, and I would recommend Toni to anyone who asked!!

Toni has altered many dresses throughout the years for my family. We have always had a good experience. Toni was the only person I trusted to alter my wedding dress. I had already had my dress altered but was just not happy with it, so I took it Toni, and she was able to fix it for me so that my dress looked perfect. She also was able to fix the bustle so I don't have to worry about any extra pinning the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Toni for alterations!!
